Why hire a coach in Munich?

Munich hosts Oktoberfest — the world's largest folk festival, running from late September to the first Sunday in October — along with BMW and Audi events, and serves as the gateway to the Bavarian Alps. Groups hire coaches for Oktoberfest transport, corporate shuttle services and Alpine day trips.

Beyond Oktoberfest, Munich is a year-round destination for international conferences, automotive industry events and cultural tourism. The city's world-class museums, beer gardens and proximity to castles like Neuschwanstein make it a magnet for group travel.

Munich Airport (MUC) is Germany's second-busiest, and transferring a group of 20 or more from the airport to a city-centre hotel or conference venue is far simpler — and more cost-effective — by coach than by individual taxis or shuttle buses.

Airport transfers

Munich Airport (MUC)

Local tips for Munich

Oktoberfest runs from late September to the first Sunday in October — book your coach 3–6 months ahead. During the festival, roads around Theresienwiese are closed and traffic across the city is significantly heavier than usual.

Munich's Mittlerer Ring (the inner ring road) can be congested during rush hours, especially near the Donnersbergerbrücke and Candidplatz interchanges. Allow extra time for journeys crossing the city centre between 7–9 AM and 5–7 PM.

Munich is a gateway to Neuschwanstein Castle (about 2 hours by coach) and the Austrian Alps. Day trips to Salzburg, Innsbruck or Garmisch-Partenkirchen are popular group excursions — we handle the logistics so your group can enjoy the scenery.
