A European tech firm moved 48 senior executives from Zurich airport to a mountain resort for a 3-day leadership offsite. Snow-capable coaches, onboard Wi-Fi, discreet drivers.

The challenge

A European enterprise software firm was running its annual C-suite offsite at a 5-star mountain resort 2.5 hours from Zurich airport. Executives arrived on six different international flights within a 90-minute window. The route included a 1,800m mountain pass that can turn icy with no notice in January. Executives needed to work on the coach — confidential material, reliable Wi-Fi, and zero overheard conversation from drivers.

Our solution

We dispatched 2 premium touring coaches equipped with winter tyres, snow chains in the hold, and 4G/5G routers giving each coach its own 200Mbps Wi-Fi bubble. Drivers were briefed on NDA-level discretion — no conversation unless asked. Arrival windows were smoothed by pre-positioning both coaches at Zurich airport 2 hours early. An overnight weather forecast triggered an alternative route through a lower valley pass.

The result

Every executive arrived at the resort within 10 minutes of the target window. Two of them spent the entire coach ride on a conference call that could not wait. The firm has booked us for the same offsite three years running.
